On Monday, July 13, express your inner artist with a new medium: ketchup. To celebrate National French Fry Day, HEINZ is teaming up with The Great American Takeout to award free takeout meals to some of America’s finest artists…ketchup artists, that is.
Using a takeout meal as your canvas, show us the perfect swirls, dollops and smiley faces adorning your French fries. The effortless squiggles on your hot dogs. The unexpected twists on your subs, chicken sandwiches and potato chips.
One grand prize winner will receive $1,869 to use on 57 future takeout orders, while 50 additional ketchup artists will win $57 to use for a takeout meal.

The National French Fry Day virtual event is the latest activation in a campaign developed by Los Angeles advertising agency High Wide & Handsome. The Great American Takeout aims to drive takeout and delivery orders as a means to support the struggling restaurant industry throughout the COVID-19 crisis. The campaign has generated widespread buzz while raising $310,000 for charitable organizations supporting restaurant workers.
